Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All sets are handmade to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be created before dispatch.
UK Shipping: Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country, usually 7-14 business days. Any customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted on press-on nails. Please ensure you measure your nails accurately before ordering.

Sizing Help: If you’re unsure about your nail sizes, check out our step-by-step measuring guide before placing your order.
Custom Sizes: If none of the preset sizes fit you perfectly, simply select the Custom Size option when ordering and input your sizes for each finger based on our Sizing Chart (0–9).
Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If your nails arrive damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Lost Parcels: Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays or lost parcels. If this happens, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you.
